What to Expect in Therapy

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and designed to feel comfortable, collaborative, and even enjoyable... You might not even realize you're "in therapy" at times. We'll decide together how often to meet based on your unique needs, and I offer flexibility in both scheduling and frequency. While most sessions are held virtually for convenience, in-person appointments are occasionally available if needed. My goal is for you to leave each session not just heard, but equipped, with practical tools and insights you can use to feel better right away.
