Art Therapy
Art Therapy is a powerful way to access emotions and insights that can be difficult to put into words. You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit, the focus is always on the process, not the product. For adults, I offer both traditional talk therapy and art therapy, sometimes blending the two approaches depending on your needs. Together, we’ll use creative expression as a pathway to reduce stress, process trauma, and support lasting change.
What to Expect in Therapy
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and designed to feel comfortable, collaborative, and even enjoyable... You might not even realize you're "in therapy" at times. We'll decide together how often to meet based on your unique needs, and I offer flexibility in both scheduling and frequency. While most sessions are held virtually for convenience, in-person appointments are available if needed. My goal is for you to leave each session not just heard, but equipped, with practical tools and insights you can use to feel better right away.
