How I Treat Anxiety and Depression

I use CBT to help you identify and challenge the thought patterns that feed anxiety and depression — the catastrophizing, the self-criticism, the assumptions that have become so automatic you don't even notice them anymore. I use DBT to build real emotional regulation skills that work in the hard moments, not just when things are already calm. And I use trauma-informed approaches when anxiety or depression has roots in past experiences that haven't been addressed.
