For Clinicians: Supervision, Mentorship & Professional Development

Whether you're logging hours toward licensure or questioning everything about the career you chose, you deserve support from someone who has actually been there.

The years between training and confidence are some of the hardest in a clinical career. You're doing real work with real people, making decisions that matter, often feeling more alone in it than anyone around you knows. The supervision and mentorship you get during this period doesn't just determine whether you pass your licensing requirements, it shapes the kind of clinician you become.

I've been doing clinical work for 18 years across psychiatric hospitals, addiction treatment centers, schools, community clinics and private practice. I hold three licenses, LPC, LCADC, and LCAT and I hold the ACS designation as an approved clinical supervisor.  I've supervised provisionally licensed clinicians, graduate student interns, and early-career therapists who needed more than their agency job was giving them. This work is some of my favorite that I do. Helping someone find their footing, their voice, and their confidence as a clinician, there's nothing quite like watching that happen.

I offer two distinct services for clinicians. Take a look at both and see where you land.

Clinical Supervision for LPC & LCADC Candidates

If you're working toward your LPC or LCADC in New Jersey, supervision isn't just a requirement, it's the most important developmental relationship of your early career. I offer individual supervision that takes your actual clinical work seriously: real case consultation, honest feedback, and the kind of guidance that builds genuine competence rather than just logging hours.

My triple licensure means I can supervise across mental health counseling and addiction counseling simultaneously, which is genuinely rare and practically useful if your work involves both populations. Supervision is available in person in Montclair, NJ and via telehealth statewide.

Who this is for:

  • LAC candidates working toward full LPC licensure

  • Licensed Alcohol Counselor candidates working toward LCADC

  • Graduate student interns in counseling programs

  • Early-career clinicians seeking additional consultation

Professional Development Coaching for Early-Career Clinicians

This isn't supervision and it isn't therapy. It's something in between, a space for the clinician who is doing the work but struggling with it in ways they can't fully name. Maybe you're second-guessing every session. Maybe you're burned out faster than you expected. Maybe you're starting to wonder if you chose the right field, or if you're genuinely cut out for this.

Those questions deserve honest, experienced guidance, not generic encouragement. I work with new and early-career therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals who want to build real clinical confidence, develop their therapeutic voice, and figure out how to sustain a career that actually fits them.

Who this is for:

  • Therapists and counselors in their first one to five years of practice

  • Graduate students preparing to enter the field

  • Mental health professionals feeling stuck, burned out, or uncertain

  • Anyone privately wondering if they chose the right career

Reaching Your Potential

I'm not going to tell you everything is fine when it isn't. I'm not going to give you vague encouragement that sounds good but doesn't translate into the room with a client. I'm going to be honest with you about what I see, your strengths, your blind spots, the patterns that are getting in your way, because that's what actually develops a clinician.

My style is warm and direct in equal measure. Sessions feel like a real conversation between two clinicians, one of whom has 18 years, three licenses, and a lot of hard-won experience to share. I take your development seriously because this field needs good clinicians, and you deserve to become one with real support behind you.

Both services are available in person in Montclair, NJ and via telehealth across New Jersey and New York.

Not sure which service fits what you need? Reach out anyway. A brief conversation will make it clear.
